Impossible to give a better recommendation. Guy was great, knowledgeable and answered even the dumbest question I had with volumes of information. Perfect attention to details & report given at the end was the best (with full descriptions & photos). To me, honestly, worth twice the price. Vastly superior to a large home inspection company. Guy spent every bit of four hours doing the inspection. Highest respect & recommendation!!
